Digital Product Owner with 14 years of experience in digital delivery for global brands and Dutch public services. I own backlogs and roadmaps, translate between business, IT and delivery teams, and keep a product moving from backlog to release. I love to solve problems with a pragmatic and creative solution.
Most recently I took an Asana implementation from one team to eight in six months, and built the omni-channel backlog for Dienst Toeslagen's digital channels: website, intranet and app. I also run operations at scale: teams of up to 120 people and $8M of projects a year, so I'm comfortable owning delivery, not just the backlog. Scrum Master trained (Scrum Academy, 2015); I work in scrum, kanban and waterfall or whatever is needed to get the job done.
